AGÔN Electronics launches AGÔN Railway, a Business Unit dedicated to the rail industry.
Toulouse, 22 september 2025 — AGÔN Electronics announces the creation of a new Business Unit, AGÔN Railway, fully dedicated to embedded electronic systems for the railway sector. This strategic initiative reflects the Group’s ambition to strengthen its position in a rapidly evolving market, leveraging the recognized expertise of LEROY Automation (France) and MIOS Elettronica (Italy).
• A unique positioning serving the rail industry: AGÔN Railway brings together the complementary expertise of two flagship companies within the Group, supported by AGÔN’s EMS division. This synergy enables full coverage of the value chain, from design to delivery, ensuring seamless integration, premium quality, and long-term reliability. The offering combines EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) to deliver robust, efficient, and high-performance solutions tailored to the demanding requirements of the railway sector.
• A comprehensive and distinctive offering: AGÔN Railway becomes a single point of entry for railway customers, offering: Certified embedded products (EN 50155, ERTMS, etc.), components and solutions for train control and command (TCMS, ETCS, CBTC, traction), engineering, testing, maintenance, and obsolescence management services, full product lifecycle management, including repair of electronic boards and equipment.
• A clear objective: to become a leading player in Europe. With AGÔN Railway, AGÔN Electronics aims to structure and enhance its railway expertise, improve commercial and technical efficiency, and position itself as a key partner for integrators, manufacturers, and railway operators, both in France and internationally.
