A strategic business combination that strengthens the group’s expertise
This business combination is a major milestone in AGÔN Electronics’ strategy of building up its electronics testing business, allowing it to offer a wider range of services. Both AGÔN Electronics – via its Tame-Test entity – and TESTELEC Ingénierie have cutting-edge technical expertise and a strong client focus. The combined group will be able to develop a vertical specialising in the testing of electronic products.
AGÔN Electronics is entering a new phase in the development of a comprehensive, integrated testing service:
- A new key area of expertise. AGÔN Electronics now has in-house capabilities in designing and producing test fixtures – one of TESTELEC Ingénierie’s long-standing core businesses – to complement its expertise in the definition of product testing strategies and in the design, manufacturing and operational maintenance of the associated testing resources.
- Development of generic products for the electronics testing market, complementing its existing range of services.
- Addition of a wiring workshop and test benches, significantly increasing its ability to support its clients’ future projects.

The good fit between our areas of expertise will create synergies that are unique in the testing market, allowing us to provide our clients with integrated, high-performance solutions in which we handle every element in-house. Because operational excellence is crucial in our industry, this combination with TESTELEC Ingénierie allows us to bolster our position as a preferred partner in electronic testing.”
